1. Scope of the processing of personal data
We collect and use the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.
2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, this shall be based on Art. 6 (1) (a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a contracting party shall be based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. This shall also apply to processing operations necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, this shall be based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, the processing shall be based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

1. Description and scope of data processing
You can contact us via the e-mail address provided on our website. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The data collected in this context will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for the processing of the conversation.
2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the purpose of the e-mail contact is to conclude a contract, the processing shall also be based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Personal data for e-mail contact shall be processed exclusively to establish contact.
III. Server log files

1. Right to information/correction

In the event of such processing, you may request the following information from the data controller: (1) the purposes for which the personal data are processed; (2) the categories of personal data processed; (3) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data relating to you has been or will be disclosed; you have the right to request information as to whether the personal data relating to you will be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. You can also request the correction of incorrect data.
2. Data erasure and storage duration
The personal data of the data subject will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the legislator in ordinances, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. The data shall also be blocked or erased if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless it is necessary for further storage of the data for the conclusion of a contract or fulfilment of a contract. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. If the data were sent by e-mail, this is the case when the conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been conclusively clarified.
3. Right to objection and removal

In this case, all personal data stored in the course of establishing contact will be deleted.
